The first ingredient in soft drinks is sugar. Sugar is the largest and most abundant ingredient in soft drinks. Soft drinks use either fructose corn syrup or sugar to get the sweetness you need. According to the latest research, canned soft drinks are currently on sale.


It contains 4-15 teaspoons of sugar per can. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the recommended daily intake of sugar is 8-11 teaspoons. So it is worse then worthless, it consumes time and resources but returns no sales. It can make the drinker feel unhealthy. Sugar can damage teeth and increase the risk of developing diabetes. Yes, heart disease, indigestion, skin problems and other health problems It can cause writing problems
